We met Julia and Jordan at their house in Beverly Hills for their engagement session as they really wanted to get some photos of their dogs Miles and Rosy (who absolutely fell in love with and wanted to take home with me). Their house was so stylish, we decided to stay there the whole time. They had the most fantastic antiques, art work, and the coolest little knick-knacks (and they were playing good music). We had a great time and spent heaps of time there as you can see by the photos we got a bit carried away!

Betty and Troy flew down from San Fransisco to meet with us and do an engagement session last weekend. We cruised around the streets of Huntington Beach and found a bunch of really cool walls! She said she was "shy" in front of the camera - but we got nothing but smiles and giggles. We are looking forward to their wedding in Napa Valley coming real soon!

Nicole and Matt made a good effort meeting us the day of their engagement session, as they just started to move into their new house the day before! We hung out at the Getty Museum - amongst a huge crowd of people (there was an outdoor concert going on) - they did a brilliant job being themselves despite their audience. We are really looking forward to their wedding in Ventura as the reception will be in a beautiful old barn!

Unfortunately, we are booked for Paul and Jacks wedding this September... but they are in good hands with Genevieve at The Ambient Image. We got the pleasure of shooting their engagement session though... They showed up in swanky suits to their extended 2 hour session and we knew right then and there it was business time...

We are really looking forward to Lauren and Aaron's wedding - which will be at Shutters, Santa Monica. They even have us shooting some film at the wedding (which we LOVE LOVE LOVE) and can't wait to do. For their engagement session, we initially had plans to shoot at the Santa Monica Airport - but the security guards weren't so keen - so we decided to go down near the beach and their wedding venue (there were some colorful characters down there at 6:30am). Their dogs were so cute hanging out the car on the way down, we had to pull up and get a shot of them.

These two crazy kids... Brian and Seb were good sports meeting us at 7 in the morning. We had good fun and got to play around the outside exhibit at L.A.C.M.A. and push the boundaries with the security guys. :) All in good fun!

When we spoke to Liz and Ryan, they told us that they wanted their engagement session to be casual and that they didn't take them selves too seriously (kind of like us!) We hung out down by the Santa Monica Pier and had heaps of fun, even after all the flack we got from the bikers and joggers for taking up their precious path.
